At LuvlyMama, your little one's safety and hygiene are our highest priorities.
Due to the personal nature of baby essentials, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a replacement request:
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Please note that minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and photography and do not qualify as defects.
